Once your in the Internet Explorer you will need to click on the Tools menu and then on Internet Options. The Internet Options window should display. The first option on the window allows you to set your homepage. You will need to type in the web page address for the website that you want to see when you first open up the Internet Explorer Browser. Then click on the Ok button.


Why can't I receive email attachments in Outlook Express 6?
By default Outlook Express 6 has a checkbox checked to remove any/all attachments that may contain a virus. You will need to open up Outlook Express 6, to to the tools menu and select options. In the options window, click on the security tab and you will see a checkbox labeled (Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus). Uncheck the checkbox and click on the Ok button below.


Why am I disconnected from the Internet every time I send and receive my email?
Outlook Express has a checkbox that is checked that will tell the program to hang up the dial-up connection after sending and receiving email. In Outlook Express you will need to click on the tools menu and then on options. In the options window you will need to click on the connections tab. There will be a checkbox labeled (hang up after sending and receiving), uncheck the checkbox then click on the ok button down below.
