1.Click on Start!
The start menu will appear. Then click on the Control Panel option.

2.In the control panel (Classic View), double click on Internet Options Icon.
(Category view: you will need to double click on " Network and Internet Connections" and then click on Internet Options down below.)

3.On the Internet Options window, You will need to click on the connections tab. Once on the connections tab you will want to make sure that yellowbananas.com is in the box labeled "Dial-up and Virtual Private Network Settings: Down below will be three options. You will want to have the option "Always dial my default connection" dotted.
Then click on the LAN Settings button.

4.The Local Area Network Settings window will display. Make sure that every checkbox is unchecked then click the ok button.

5.You should be back on the connections tab in the Internet Properties window. Make sure that yellowbananas.com is highlighted in the white box and then click on the settings button.

6.The yellowbananas.com settings window should appear. Make sure that everything is unchecked and that your username and password are correct down below. Then you will need to click on the advanced button.

7.You should try to connect 10 times and wait 5 seconds between attempts.
All other checkboxes should be unchecked. Then click the ok button.

8.Then you should be back the Yellowbananas.com Settings window.
Click on the properties button to the right.
Then you should see the phone number. Make sure that you local yellowbananas.com number is type into the phone field. Also you will want to have the checkbox labeled "Dialing Rules" unchecked.
Then click on the options tab.

9.On the Options tab, only the third checkbox (labeled Include Windows Logon Domain) down should be unchecked. Then Click on the Networking tab.

10.On the Networking tab make sure that Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is checked. Then double click on Internet (TCP/IP) protocol.

11.Make sure that "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically" are both dotted.
Then click on the "Ok" button. Then you will need to click on every "Ok" button till your back to the Control Panel. Once your at the Control Panel Click the "X" button on the top right corner of the screen.
